Bathroom in a large loft extension which involved raising the height of the roof

EB created a beautiful bathroom in this large loft extension.

Work undertaken included:

  • Removal of existing roof, new roof and rafters
  • Steel structure to provide anchorage points
  • Cranked beams
  • New floor joists, insulation, underfloor heating
  • Staircase
  • Bathroom – with walk-in shower
  • Upgrade water connection to improve water pressure
