Extensive Renovation of an Edwardian House

Extensive renovation including structural work on a Edwardian conversion in a conservation area. Involving the removal of a load bearing wall, restoration of period features, heating system, kitchen and two bathrooms. New hardwood double glassed casements throughout the building 20+ windows. Eric and his team did a first class job. The project was not straight forward as we were restoring the fabric of the rooms in many cases to keep the period features. Throughout the team communicated well, provided solutions to tricky problems and were thoroughly professional. Definitely a company to put in your address book.
